Panhandle Dysphagia Solutions was founded in 2021 by Avery Cox . She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where she received her Bachelor of Sciences in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She received her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of Texas at Dallas. Since 2016, she has practiced in variety of clinical settings with a focus on evaluation and treatment of swallowing disorders. In 2018, she achieved competency in Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluations of Swallowing (FEES) and has since conducted numerous FEES with a wide variety of medically complex patients. She strives for clinical excellence by providing compassionate, person-centered care and pursuing educational opportunities in the latest advancements in the field. Having seen the benefits of FEES for her patients first hand, she founded Panhandle Dysphagia Solutions, PLLC with a goal to provide essential dysphagia imaging to the patients of her community.
